Job description
1. Develop MIS report
- Work closely with related stakeholders to timely create reports (KPI, Acquisition Campaign, Active and Usage behavior, Marketing report, Attrition, Operational volume) for business strategy development, increased revenue and Effective operating.
- Understand product, system, business plans to have full picture of Card Portfolio to analyze, make effective report based on business key expectation, forecast and propose initiative for Business review.
- Participating in adhoc special project as required including data gathering, analysis, presentation of results.
2. Others
- Provide support & maintenance to other reporting teams requested by Line manager appropriately.
- Coordinate with IT Card, Digital team, Card Product… to regularly innovate effective auto reports.
Job requirements
- 03 year experiences in MIS, Card Product, Finance – Banking
- Deep knowledge of Card operations, Card Product and MIS Report
- Good English communication (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)
- Computer (Excel, SQL, SAS…)
- Attention to details and excellent executional
- Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills
- Results-driven and able to deliver results under high pressure
- Training and Coaching
