Vietnamese citizen, having full civil act capacity.
Age between 18 and 60 years old at the time of the loan and not more than 65 years old at the end of the loan

People without epilepsy, mental illness, leprosy, cancer.
Persons who are not disabled or permanently disabled by 50% or more.

Benefits
