Foreign guarantee
Customers who are corporations have a responsibility to fulfill the financial obligations they have made to their overseas partners. In addition, the overseas partner requires a guarantee from OCB that the bank will fulfill the financial obligations in the event that the customer is unable to properly or completely fulfill the commitments made under the terms of the foreign trade contract.
